Is there a free trial?

Yes — new installs get a 14-day trial with up to 2 orders. After that, choose Basic or Pro to continue with unlimited orders.

How does billing work?

All charges go through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. You are billed monthly — no annual contracts.

What's the difference between Basic and Pro?

Both plans include all core features: unlimited steps, CSV upload, manual field update, and AI fill. The only difference is that Pro includes built-in AI access — no API key required. On Basic, you bring your own API key.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel directly from Shopify under Apps → PC Builder MW → Plan. No questions asked, no penalties.

Do I need my own AI API key?

On Basic, yes — you provide your own API key to use the AI fill feature. On Pro, built-in AI is included so you can use it immediately with no setup.
